The Buissonnière Mountain Bike School was set up by qualified mountain bike instructors in 2001.
The instructors have been teaching both skiing and mountain biking in Serre Chevalier for more than 10 years .Olivier and Philippe have both fallen for the charms of British girls, so of course their English is pretty good, Gonzo is Spanish and speaks perfect French and English too.
The mountain biking season starts in May and only ends when too much snow blocks the paths. High season is July and August when there are six or seven instructors working full time.
The School has three 9 seater minibuses, 2 are air conditioned (handy on a hot summers day), a trailer specially adapted for carrying bikes, a four wheel drive vehicle to help out in tricky situations and of course the whole team are in constant radio contact.
